Unbelievable value for money: the room was large, luxurious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is easily accessible from/to the main train station and airport.

The hotel is next to Plaza Tunjungan, so very convenient. Breakfast was excellent - great selection. Extremely welcoming staff. The swimming pool was very nice, good for individual swimming early morning and for families later in the day.

Surabaya doesn't really have more than a weekend's worth of attractions, but this hotel is a major attraction itself, and is a short walk to all the other attractions that Surabaya has to offer. Not only that, it is strategically located near a large Mall, with great shopping, ATMs, and food options. The hotel also has a great bar for socialising.
