Set 100 metres from Sky Venue, Midlands Park Hotel offers 4-star accommodation in Portlaoise and features a shared lounge, a terrace and a bar. The staff once I arrived, dinner in the restaurant, facilities in the hotel, the room, the breakfast, was absolutely first class. I travel a lot in Ireland and stay in a wide range of hotels and this was by far the best in a long while! Well done!

Located just 18 km from Kildare Town Heritage Centre, Kearney's Cottage B&B offers accommodation in Killenard with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. Excellent standard of accommodation. Super friendly host. Room was spacious & comfortable. En-suite with great shower. Everything was spotless. Super breakfast complete with freshly baked breads. On business so fast Internet was a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Set in Abbeyleix, Preston House is a historic apartment that offers free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden and a terrace. Amazing unusual more then 200 years old house with lot of common space on the ground floor (dining area with bar, kitchen and two tea rooms). The host Ross was more than helpful and welcomed us with his dog. The house is located in the tidy heritage town with an great local pub "Morrisey's" just a 5 min by walk from house. I can fully recommend this accommodation.

The Yoke Apt Peaceful Private Garden views, a property with a garden, is situated in Ballybrittas, 16 km from Athy Heritage Centre-Museum, 19 km from Kildare Town Heritage Centre, as well as 26 km... Fabulous stay in Fisherstown. We were down for a friend’s birthday nearby. Host was very friendly and accommodating! They had teas, coffees, croissants & porridge left for us. The place was spotless & shower was lovely. Very comfy beds! Better than my own at home. The apartment was easy to find. Uber worked perfectly to prebook a cab ! Super affordable and 14 mins from Kildare village! Extremely happy with our stay. Thank you.

The Killeshin Hotel is one mile from Portlaoise and junction 16 off the M7 motorway. It offers a bistro, an indoor pool, hot tub, a gym and free parking. The staff at the reception were excellent, especially the gentleman I spoke to before arrival and the same guy I met when I arrived. I called earlier to see if I could check in earlier than 3 pm. due to a change in flight ETA. He said he would try and sort something. On I arrival, i only planned to just stay in the lounge until check in time, but he recognized me as I walked in and approached the counter. He called me by name and said he had sorted a room for me. I was so happy. I was able to rest after a long journey. Brilliant service.
