Host was amazing accommodating late train arrival and also helped us call a cab in the morning to pick up our rental car.

Very clean, nice and comfortable hotel with spectacular views. We also enjoyed the jaccuzi in the spa. The breakfast was nice and tasty. We also liked the wood elements throughout the hotel.

Amazing stay. Good breakfast and nice rooms, balcony, location, staff, snack time (!) and spa. All for a low price.

The staff is so polite and welcoming, from the reception to the bar, the dining area, the driver of the mini bus! Everyone is so nice and professional to the maximum! The food is like a Michelin star restaurant and I could not be more amazed by its quality. The spa is wonderful and huge, clean and beautifully designed. Overall the hotel is a 10 out of 10! A mediaeval building overlooking River Isarco in the centre of Chiusa, family-run Walther von der Vogelweide offers alpine-style rooms and a restaurant with vaulted ceilings. A beautiful hotel located in a quiet village approximately 27 minute drive by car to Ortessi to visit Alpe de Suiss and Seceda. The breakfast was amazing and a perfect way to start a busy day hiking. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was really good. If you are happy to stay in a quiet town I would recommend a stay here, it is definitely value for money as the standard of the room was excellent. It is very quaint and nice to wander round. We would definitely return.
