Gioi was probably the most welcoming place i have ever stayed. Extremely accommodating and friendly staff, we arrived around midnight and we had no problems checking in. Asked for recommendations for food and places - and it happened to be the best restaurant we ate in southern Italy. So if you are staying in Gioi, ask for food recommendation.

The rooms were very clean and nice. The location was perfect. A very little walk to the center, like two minutes. Valerio was the most helpful person of all I’ve known in other places. It was a little away from the centre yet walking f distance from the centre. Very well kept. Loved the gardens. The host Tony was exceptional. We loved the personalised breakfast pampering which was the perfect start to our days in Sorrento.

It was exceptionally clean, and well decorated. The staff were so kind and welcoming. The security is really good too, with a community gate type situation. The rooms are exceptionally spacious and comfortable. There is a TV, WiFi, and a kettle too, very accommodating. My friend’s room even had items that can accommodate the elderly or disabled in the bathroom which I thought was a cool touch and that room could be asked for if I ever bring someone with difficulties with mobility.

Central location, close to everything around. Very clean. Amazing air-conditioning. Comfortable bed. Fridge in the room, drinking water, fresh towels. Antonio greeted us so nicely, he showed us around and told us a bit about the place. I can definitely recommend this place and host.
