Well situated in Kyoto, ASAI Kyoto Shijo offers air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. We loved this hotel. It was comfortable and stylish and very close to Gion. The bus stop and metro were just around the corner. There were several restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable! The restaurant seemed really nice too, although we didn’t try it.

Great area..lovely hotel..rooftop bar relaxing..loved the meditation room which we used twice. The breakfast was also extensive and delicious 😋

Its very clean, has a very central location and is very very comfortable. Also is on the cheap side. I would recommend, the highlights are the super soft beds, the amazing shower and the complementary sodas and beverage at reception :D
