Extremely helpful with activity and restaurant suggestions, arranging transportation, etc. They made sure you felt welcome in their peaceful and inviting oasis. The property is located approximately midway between Bacalar and Mahahual. With a combination of private and local transportation, it is very easy to get around. I highly recommend this property, and hope to return soon. Thank you Jey and Sebastian for a lovely stay!

Hotel Casa Hormiga features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and terrace in Bacalar. We particularly liked the energy of the place and the staff. We felt very welcome and "at home" right from the start. Rodrigo showed us around the whole complex and answered our questions. We really liked the Nest and Julia's yoga classes were brilliant. The location is also great if you want to walk to the center or go out to eat. The hotel's own bikes were also good. We booked a massage on the last day: Julie and Abdel did a great job.

You have large windows and mosquito nets. The bungalows are very clean and spacious. The small fridge was very much appreciated. You have canoes, SUPs, and live vests at your disposal. Beautiful art, many amenities and details not typically found in Mexico… like fully stocked kitchens with ample knives and cooking needs. The cantina was so handy with delicious food. Great staff.

The manager who greeted us was friendly, professional, and helpful. He loves his job. He is doing his best to promote Inkanto into a true luxury experience. In the room, the decor is subtly artful and the shower is great.
