This was due to many reasons: A total of only 6 rooms overall, the individualized and always attentive service Lawrence provided, the extremely high quality of furniture, bathroom equipment and decoration, the lovely bathroom amenities, the extensive complimentary minibar and snack selection, daily tea time and breakfast delicacies etc. Also, the room was cleaned thoroughly on a daily base, night-time greetings handed out every evening and daily, very friendly and personal chats with Lawrence made us feel like home. At times, the street noises became a bit of an obstacle to sleeping due to the lack of noise protection, but the muezzin's prayer calls in the morning somehow even added to the already magical atmosphere. Thank you, Lawrence and the entire team of 88 Armenian including Suet Chin, who managed the pre-communication in such lovely ways, for having us experience true luxury!

Noordin Mews is a boutique hotel housed in a historical building in central Penang. It offers an outdoor pool and provides free Wi-Fi throughout the building. We loved the old-world charm of the place. The breakfast was tasty and had an Asian option that changed daily. The staff were all consistently kind, attentive, and helpful. We brought our small dog along for the trip and she was made to feel welcome and cared for. We loved it so much we booked another stay while we were still there.

Located in Bukit Mertajam, the recently renovated BM大山脚 Alma Single Storey Semi-D 5-minute To Aeon Mall offers accommodation 18 km from Sunway Carnival Mall and 21 km from Penang Bridge. The property is very clean and the host is very considerate in providing enough hangers for each room and extension wires in each room as many of us are travelling with our family. In addition, I love how considerate our host is in providing grab bars in the toilets to assist elderly parents. The kitchen is also fully stocked with plates, mugs and cutlery needed for our family of 11 people. The host Ivan is really friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to stay in the homestay if we are ever in the vicinity. Thank you. 🩵
