The room was large clean and comfortable and after a long day of driving the room service was a welcome bonus. The available laundry room just topped off a great experience.

The location is a short walk from the town center, and convenient for our day trip to Abel Tasman National Park. The room was comfortable, clean and roomy with a nice outdoor seating area. Check-in and out communication was clear and the staff were friendly. Parking was convenient.

Cedar Grove Motor Lodge offers modern accommodation in the centre of Nelson. Rooms at Cedar Grove feature flat-screen TV’s with satellite channels. I arrived much later to check in than expected and they were incredibly accommodating and super friendly! When I finally arrived, she had closed curtains, heater was on and room was warm. Location was perfect! I will most definitely stay here again.
