I'd like to provide an update to my previous review of Altus Palace. While I initially encountered an issue with the valet service, I'm pleased to report that the hotel management promptly resolved it. They located my missing luggage, acknowledged their mistake, and offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience. This proactive and professional response has improved my impression of Altus Palace. I now feel more confident about considering them for future stays. Kudos to the hotel for their efforts in making things right. Very nice large room, very large bathroom with large bath tab, nicely decorated with a combination of modern elements and preserved old architectural elements.
