Staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations. I am most impressed with the staff. During our stay we decided to leave the city and spend a couple of days on the beach. The lady at the reception, Sara Fundo, made numerous phone calls (on a Sunday!) and organized a swap between Pestana Hotel in Lisbon with Pestana in Alvor for a couple of nights, without us paying a cent. Overall, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. As I already mentioned, the staff is exceptional. The location is great, right in the center of the city and close to numerous landmarks.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Lisbon, Martinhal Lisbon Oriente is an apartment surrounded by views of the city. My stay was just perfect. I was there for business reason, however thank to the hotel facilities and staff it felt like vacation. I visited many hotels, however this one probably had one of the best breakfasts ever, especially fruit corner had just amazing fruits every day. In every touch point in this hotel, from reception, to room service, restaurant, pool - everywhere you feel care and attention to detail. Just loved my time at Martinhal!

Perfect stay!!! Literally one of the nicest and most aesthetic hotels I've stayed in, and I stayed in a few! The rooms are modern, gorgeous, and decorated with an eye for detail (like the curtains, coffee machine type, bathroom details, and juices in the room). :) Very clean, too. The food and the restaurant were amazing as well. Also, the staff; amazing and welcoming, and they fulfilled all our wishes (like a very late check-in due to our night flight) during our stay, even though it was a short one. Highly recommended!! We hope to come back soon ^^
