P.S Don't miss the local fish restaurant as it is pretty unique and very good.

Featuring mountain views, Apartmaji Žolnir in Kostanjevica na Krki features accommodation and barbecue facilities. This apartment has a garden and free private parking. The location is excellent. Those who maintained the appartments lived right next to the house. They are very nice and friendly. We had good conversations with them. We love Slovenia and Slovenian people. The surrounding is beautiful, the view from the window is impressive. I can say, this is the Slovenian Toscana.
