Everything in the apartments were new, everything working. I returned here after staying in other place, because this one is really good! Internet is very stable and fast as for Turkey. Near the see and apartments there is very good restaurant. All people in the residence and restaurant are very kindness.

My partner and I booked this hotel last minute after changing our destination from Marrakech due to them sadly having an earthquake there. I was a little apprehensive at first because I had so much planned when in Marrakech for my partners birthday, however from the moment we arrived, the reception staff greeted us with a glass of champagne, a big welcoming smile and they couldn't do enough for us. Special mention to Yusuf who was a delight along with the rest of the staff. I would also like to mention a very special lady called Yana, she operates all the functions of what facilities are available to you and because it was my partners birthday we got a cabana free for the day, the canbanas are located on the pier on the beach, such a beautiful setting in the day time and the evening. Yana also booked us an Al la carte meal to celebrate my partners birthday and also had a cake fruit and bottle of wine put in the room, which was a lovely surprise. Another mention to the young bar man who I forgot his name, he used to be situated outside and was there on our last day (Thurs 21st) very pleasant young man and to all the staff who work endlessly to make sure everyone had a perfect stay, thank you so much. I can't recommend this hotel enough, everything was perfect, great selection of food, great evening entertainment, lots of water sport activties and loads more to do. The town centre is just over the road so if you wanted to do some shopping or sit in the bars, most of them play the football (partner was happy with that :-) Overall and amazing holiday and I will definitely be visiting again.

The overall experience was really good. The best thing is that when you checkin they provide you with a personal assistant who is always in touch with you on whatsapp. For us Yaroslav was our personal assistant and he was very very helpful.
