The beds were so comfortable, in fact the most comfortable bed we had slept in during our entire 6 week holiday. The 2 employees that deserve compliments are Sirin and Merilyn from reception. The hotel is well located and within walking distance to all the major sights. Room is well appointed, very new, very clean, and the bed is one of the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in with pillows that provided good support. The staff were amazing - they were clearly keen to serve and help you without being overly intrusive. Breakfast was good and the kitchen staff were all very friendly.

All staff are extra friendly and accommodative. What makes the property good are the staff in an otherwise average hotel. The housekeeper on floor 3 was exceptional. Mahsum and Efe in the breakfast room were very good too.
