For me, great customer service and staff equates to a great stay. This was the case with this hotel. The hotel is pretty good and the facilities are also the same. There was a certain incident in our room which could have easily taken this review down to the 4/10 realm, but the staff definitely saved it. For this I’m willing to give them a 10/10 because they went above and beyond to make-up and make us feel better.

The hotel is within 700 metres to St. The staff was so kind and helpful especially Christine at the front desk. She elevated our stay with the family to a place where we were sad to leave. The staff at the restaurant too were fabulous specially the bar tenders Tom and Grace who made fabulous cocktails and fun conversation. We were with a small child and the room we had initially chosen felt small so we upgraded to the suite and post that the space and experience was excellent
