Excellent staff, great room (comfortable bed, spacious apartment with kitchenette, rain head shower with hot water and good water pressure), fantastic breakfast, ideal location, stunning lobby, beautiful pool, spa and fitness centre, and a great rooftop bar! We highly recommend the Mai House!

One of the big gesture layouts I've seen for a hotel room. Staff was amazing. Always willing to help (luggage, bring food up to room, etc) Complimentary breakfast buffet was different everyday, and pretty good. We had a loud guest beside us, after we reported to the front desk, they spoke w/ them, and also followed up with us to ensure the noise level was resolved. 5⭐
