It was the best hotel we have experienced so far in Vietnam. The swimming pool was very nice, the room was quite big and clean. The breakfast is really good with many options. The hotel is located in the city centre which was very convenient and the hotel staff was very helpful. You can also pay by card without fees if you have Revolut. I highly recommend it!

Friendly and helpful staff. Location little outside main turist area, but close enough to walk. Breakfast good, many options. Unfortunetly when we were there it was mostly cloudy, so we didnt get to enjoy the pools properly.

Very nice spacious rooms, with balcony and a nice bathroom. One of our rooms even had a decent kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we could borrow bikes for free even after we checked out, the were not the best bikes, but can’t really complain when they were free.

It's a paradise hotel. We really enjoyed the tranquility and nature that this place provides. It was very easy to get to town as they provide shuttle service. The staff has been very friendly and proactive in facilitating any request that we had. Just as an example: we forgot the hotels umbrella at a restaurant in town and they offered to go get it and pick it up at no extra charge. The spa was excellent too. We went twice and absolutely enjoyed it.

This place is magical — the rooms and their bathrooms are spectacular. The hotel staff are amazing: attentive, warm, caring, and hospitable. They opened the boat’s restaurant just for us, after preparing it to ensure it was safe to be there. They gave us incredible recommendations for tours and shows to enjoy. I would return without a doubt to this magical place.
