This is literally the best hotel you can book in Hoi An. Exceptional and friendly service and very knowledgeable staff. Location 5 minutes by FREE bicycle to the old town. Spa was perfect. Breakfast was super good. And the room was so goood in terms of design (vietnamese) and cleanliness and comfort. I don't think there will be other competition that can give this much of value for money. And plus, it looked really pretty with lots of greens and flowers. Will definitely come back here one day!

Very nice spacious rooms, with balcony and a nice bathroom. One of our rooms even had a decent kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we could borrow bikes for free even after we checked out, the were not the best bikes, but can’t really complain when they were free.

The staff were wonderful, kind and attentive. The spa there had the best massage I’ve had in a long time, and I also enjoyed the full body scrub. Our rooms were beautiful and thoughtful. Breakfast was tasty and had a great variety. The free shuttle bus into ancient town was a nice surprise, and didn’t take too long at all.

Location was amazing, pool & bar was incredible, and the food on the menu was reasonably priced & the pasta was delicious. The staff were very friendly & were able to answer any questions we had and recommend things to do in the area. The bikes are a little outdated, but were an incredible addition - we were able to bike the rice fields & enjoy the sights by bike. The hotel also helped my partner organise a happy birthday surprise.

This is a fantastic hotel in Hoi An. Beautiful place with great pools and impeccable service from it's wonderful staff. Free shuttle to the beach, which is well worth a visit. Restaurant is fantastic too, but plenty of other places to eat, within easy walking (or Grab ride) distance of the hotel.
