Great and super friendly owner, very open and helpful. Awesome view, Animals (goats, cows, rabbits running around). Clean and nice. Spar shop 2km away, lake side seen from bedroom window. Very quiet place. To Klagenfurt City center 20min by car.

Breakfast exceeds expectations, in fact too much choice. Proper tea in a tea pot in Austria what could be better. The host was lovely. Maybe they could capitalise on their location by telling mountain bikers of the facilities. Loved the chickens!

    As for the complete experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the accommodation, I simply do not have any comments that could describe the kindness of the hosts, the energy they transmit, and the incredible yard that is so carefully arranged and maintained daily.     I'm happy that we booked this apartment for our 6 days stay in Keutschach. The hosts are friendly and supportive, the apartment has everything you need and is even pet friendly, so both our dogs felt like home :)

    Everything was great. The apartment has everything you need. The heating works all the time, great for staying in winter. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a small lake nearby with a swan that came to us every day when we sat by the lake. Quiet and peaceful place, ideal for vacation.

    We had a really nice stay with the Kubisko Family. The hosts were very nice, apartment was clean with fully equipped kitchen. It is only a few minutes away from the beach. But the main attraction of the appartment is their huge backyard with many outdoor activities for all ages (ping pong, above ground pool, trampoline, football, basketball, badminton etc.). You can also rent their bikes for free and they offer fresh bread every morning (order evening prior).

    Big apartment, perfect for family. Big living room, nice kitchen with all the amenities. Few minutes from Klagenfurt, 10 minutes top to Velden. We enjoyed our stay very much. The lovely hosts are great!

    We enjoyed our stay very much. Melissa is an excellent host and very caring for her guests. The breakfast was really amazing with a multitude of options and if you needed anything Melissa would make sure it was provided. We would recommend this to anyone visiting the region looking for a quiet spot to stay!
