Continental breakfast was very good with many options Staff Very welcoming especially Sophi and Susanne. Bedroom was beautifully decorated….the bed was extremely comfortable with quality bedding. The en-suite was fabulous. The whole room was spotlessly clean… The hotel is within ten minutes walk of the beautiful lake Lucerne….. Bus route and local supermarket are two minutes away.. Loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel

    A very friendly hotel and a convenient location for me. I had a well appointed, very large and comfortable room. I can't comment on the restaurant as it was closed on the Monday night I stayed.

    Room was extremely hot! No control to reduce the heat. We ended up opening the large windows all night and there were people in the room next to us and below on the terrace talking very loudly until 2am! Also the bell of the church went off every 15 mins throughout the night! We did not sleep well and would not stay again!

    We wanted something a little out of the way yet still about to appreciate the view. This provided everything in abundance. The accommodation was decadent with a beautiful balcony that you could sit and watch the surrounding lake and mountains until the stars glittered above. The room was glorious, the restaurant was amazing and the walks from the hotel just perfect.
