The hotel area is absolutely amazing. We lived on the ground floor with terrace and wonderful lake view, and enjoyed it a lot. The fatalities overcame our expectations, we tried fitness center and SPA, and were fully satisfied. The staff is really helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure to communicate.

We enjoyed the apartment! It was as expected, very fine and comfortable! From the apartment we could reach Bodensee and center with a walk of half hour. Bus stop was near the apartment anyway to reach Train station or center city. Train stop also easy to reach.

    The ground floor flat, was in immaculate condition inside and out. With every thing you could need supplied by the host. From Coffee maker, to Dishwasher, even a BBQ with fuel was on the Patio. The outside area was private. After 40 years of travelling the world i can honestly say this was the nicest private accommodation i have stayed in.

    The location is only a short drive to most of the attractions in town with a major supermarket located conveniently along the way. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything you could think of, for preparing your own meals and clean-up. Would have to be the cleanest accommodation that I have ever stayed at, over decades of international travel. I would definitely come back and stay when returning with my partner.

    Excellent accomodation in Friedrichshafen. I stayed for a business trip for a couple of days. As I was travelling with my dog, this was a much more comfortable solution than a hotel would have been. The apartment is brand new, spacious and well lit. It has everything you could need, including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine with courtesy pods. It will be first on my list for future visits.

    Amazing accommodation. You have here everything you need for a perfect stay. Very spacious, having 4 bedrooms, a big kitchen and 2 bis bathrooms. We didn’t miss a thing, we even had coffee and sugar. Totally recommend this place and we will definitely come back.
