    Compact, yet contains everything one needs for a comfortable stay with self-catering. Very hospitable hosts who take time to give out information. One can clearly see and feel that effort was made to make the room more comfortable, such as dimmable lights, USB charger outlet etc. The location is less than 5 minutes walk from the train station and very quiet. Bedsheets and towels are of super quality. Spotless. The house is full of character and tradition with artefacts/family heritage on display.

    We booked this hotel for one night as a halfway point between Switzerland and Nürnberg, and due to its proximity to Neuschwanstein Castle. It was a great place to stay for the night, with a full-sized fridge and cooking facilities. It was clean and modern, and had good parking. It also had a very well-stocked, vegan-friendly supermarket nearby.

    It was very clean. Everything needed for a short stay was available: kitchen kettle, cooking facilities. Check in was super easy and comfortable. We were not bothered by the noise from the road as to us it was pretty minimal. Neighbors were quiet too, and even if we did hear something it was not really bothersome at all.
