I had a great stay overall, with many positives and just one disappointing experience at the end. First, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of appearance—it actually looks even better than the pictures on booking sites. At check-in, the receptionist was very accommodating, providing the room I requested and even allowing early check-in, which started my stay off perfectly. The room was spacious, newly renovated, comfortable, and clean, with excellent housekeeping service from Fathy. All the staff offered great customer service, especially in the main restaurant and the snack bar. The beach, while rocky, is easily accessible with a short walk, and sea shoes make it safe for kids to swim. The coral reef is one of the best in Sharm el-Sheikh, especially on calm days without wind. The variety of food was good, though it did become a bit repetitive. The kids' club staff were wonderful with the children, and the animation team was fantastic, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience was slightly spoiled after check-out. About an hour After leaving my room and I had already checked out at the reception and was ready to exit with my car, a security guard at the main gate asked me to wait while they checked the room. I found this unprofessional and honestly disrespectful—I mean, what did they expect to find? Did they think I’d try to take the TV or pillows? I’ve never encountered this in any other hotel, even within JAZ hotels. While I truly enjoyed my stay, this ending left me feeling disappointed and upset, which was a shame after such a lovely experience.

    Lovely, peaceful, relaxing location with an amazing view. Great staff, friendly and helpful, from the cleaning room team, drivers, bartenders, waiters, butlers to managers. They made our stay very pleasant. The food is very good and varied, at all the restaurants and very nicely displayed. I would come back anytime with pleasure and I will definitely recommend this location. Thank you to the entire staff for making this vacation a fabulous experience.

    I would highly recommend Rivera if you are staying in Sharm for a conference. I booked several accommodations very far in advance and they all cancelled on me when they realised they could get more money due to the high demand for housing. Despite this, Rivera kept my booking and did not increase their prices. I paid ten times less than my colleagues staying in other hotels. Rivera is probably one of the most reliable hotels to stay in Sharm!
