We wanted a night with a little more comfort, so we booked Antsotegi, and what a result that was! Great rooms and delicious food in a fantastic environment, but what really made it was the staff!!! Passionate and knowledgeable about their basque region, they introduced us to local wines and foods, made just a stones throw away. It has a captive market of pilgrims travelling the Camino del Norte as there is a shortage of accommodation which is not Refugio or albergue in the region. We have stayed before and enjoyed it.
