Excellent flat, modern, with all the needed facilities. We stayed only one night because of a flight cancellation. We would come back here again for a longer period of time. The host was very receptive. He welcomed us and let us check-in earlier than indicated. The area is quiet. Not far from the sea and very close to the train station. I can strongly recommend the flat to others.

    I used it during the Cannes Film Festival. The location is great! It's close to the beach and has nice shops, so it was great for both vacation and business trips.     It's the perfect flat for vacation with family in Cannes. It's a very clean and quiet place. Everything you need for living is in the apartment. It's 15 minutes from sea on foot and 7 minutes from shops and groceries. The owner is polite and very positive. I recommend this place for staying in Cannes and hope to visit it again.

    Beautiful hotel just beyond the chaotic tourist area. This hotel not only had a beautiful decor, comfortable accommodations and the best rooftop views in town but it was also perfectly located just beyond the noisy tourist area. We were able to sleep well and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

    Very comfortable studio apartment, just renovated. Fully equipped, clean and quiet with a beautiful terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding area and also the sea. Absolutely nothing is missing to be able to have a medium-long term holiday. Located just 15 minutes from the center of Cannes and 20 minutes from the Croisette. The owner was very helpful, precise and communicative. One of the best accommodations I've ever been to. I highly recommend it

    spacious and well functioning, full equipment apartment. the separate toilet is a big plus, when you travel with the family/small group. With small bathroom facilities also in other bedroom makes this suitable for different kind of travel groups. You have plenty of space in living room, big table, and all the things you need to stay also longer time. It’s more an apartment than just the typical vacation accommodation.
