Newly refurbished, excellently located and wonderful host. The room was very comfortable with underfloor heating. Great shower and very comfortable bed. Monodendri in off season is a great place to stay - quiet but still a few places open. The host Susanna is a natural host who clearly loves what she does and feeds you very well for breakfast and gives good recommendations about things to do locally.

The welcome was exceptional! The kind lady left an excellent impression. The view from the room's terrace was incredibly beautiful, the house is built in the traditional style of the region and we were delighted by the diverse and impressive interior of the house. The hotel is quiet and clean and breakfast is served on a balcony with a lovely view. Monodendri is an excellent starting point for a trek in the Vikos National Park. The host George is very kind and was willing to help us with everything we needed especially to get out and back from the trek. The hotel is highly recommended.

The location is set in a lovely village with incredible views from every direction. It’s walking distance to a few very good restaurants, as well as to Monodendri, where the hike to Vikos Gorge (and other hikes) starts from. It’s very clean and the owner, Petros, is very welcoming and exceptionally accommodating. His daughter Sofia, helps with the management of the guesthouse and is truly amazing, assisting with all my queries. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the special memories I take home

    Excellent position, on the outskirts of Monodendri, easily accessible by car. Excellent view from the terrace. The room is comfortable and the photos are accurate. Nicely decorated lobby with breakfast area. The host Sousana is so kind, helpful - she let us stay for a late check out and helped us with a taxi transfer when we had problems with our car. She also prepares a very good breakfast, both in terms of taste and quantity. I would recommend Hotel Five Keys to my friends and will stay there again when I visit Zagori.

    This house is really amazing, and the experience of staying here in this remote mountain village was truly unique. We hiked Vikos gorge while staying here, and being able to do the hike from the front door of our house was excellent.

    Great welcome and hospitality from an excellent host who did everything he could to make our stay so enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable. Superb and generous breakfast. The added bonus of the owner being a taxi driver, to drop or collect guests from the trail heads of the stunning walks nearby.

    Perfect location. The lady manageress extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location one minute walk from the square under the plane tree. Good choice of restaurants Superb greek breakfast. Truly superb I really enjoyed my stay. So will you.. Top tip on how to get there by car. When you arrive at.monodendri, take the small fork to the right. Drive about 1km. The road gets a bit narrower and then turns to cobblestones. After a slight incline about 100 metres, there are two large car parks. You cant drive closer to the hotel

    The staff were so kind and friendly and we were given delicious cheese bread snacks on arrival. Our fireplace rooms were beautiful and cosy. Breakfast was nice and convenient. Perfect location for hiking Vikos Gorge and staff kindly organised taxis to bring us back as well. Thank you for a lovely stay!
