We were unable to use the jacuzzi as it was covered in bugs, the room stunk like mould which was extremely unhygienic when travelling with an infant, balcony was not cleaned from prior guests with food on the floor, staff left rubbish outside our door, the hotel transfer organised arrived 1 hour late. It had private pool that our daughter loved and used every day. The place is very well appointed and everything worked perfectly.
