This is the hotel where I found everything I needed for a wonderful vacation. spacious rooms, beautiful sandy beach with crystal water, staff who provide you with wonderful service. The top was the bottle of champagne that we found in the room on the day of my daughter's birthday. Warmly thank you for everything.

Very nice & cosy apartment, with a big and nice terrace. Apartment wasvery clean and the kitchen equipped with everythig you need, includimg a coffee machine. It is very close to the beach, 3-5 min walking distance, and there are two beaches perfect for kids.

The location and the orientation of the apartment is perfect. It is very close to the beach. The bedrooms are facing north so these are relatively cool so we didn't need to use the air-condition. From the balcony you can see the bay and the hills also. The balcony is the best part of the apartment. The host is very kind.

We had a wonderful family stay at this apartment by the sea. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and something we all enjoyed every day. The private beach, just a short 5–6 minute walk away, was calm and peaceful – perfect for relaxing together without any crowds. Having private parking was also a big plus and made our stay much more convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for the whole family, and we would love to come back!

The cleanest property we've been at. Definitely. The hosts are very kind and caring, giving their best to make you feel at home. The house in modern, it has almost everything you would need. It is not possible to park in the yard, but the street that goes up next to the pharmacie is ideal and it has always enough parking space. It is located next to supermarket, playground and pharmacie. 5 mins away with car from Kikabu beach bar, tavern Filaraki and other cool places.

We had a lovely vacation at this property and everything exceeded our expectations. The host was there to welcome us very worm with nice treats and very nice surprises that you usually not get when booking properties. The kitchen was fully equipped for those who like to cook and that was a big plus. The apartment was nicely decorated and with a very personal feel and also, it was perfect clean with all that you need for a vacation at the sea, everything was in very good condition. Towels were also changed and we thank the host for that. The garden is so nice and all the plants were so carefully cared for and loved, that accompanied by the beautiful sea view made staying and dining outside a delight. Evenings were nice and quiet and we slept like babies :) We also thank for the board games, we spent some nice time playing chess! In few words, everything was perfect and I am sure others will feel the same if they book this apartment! We will return for sure, when we come again to Kavala! We wish the host the best and we thank her for such attention to details that made our stay so nice and comfy. Adrian & Cristina

    This was our second time staying at this place and I can just say we've found our little jewel in Palio. The hosts have provided everything you may need during your stay. They are very hospitable and cheerful people.The apartment is impeccably clean,the bed is comfortable, the balcony is shady and big enough to enjoy a cup of coffee or to have a meal there. We are really looking forward to our next holiday at Evaliana Seaside Apartment.

    We loved our stay at Stella’s Garden and had a very pleasant vacation. Pinelopi is a great host - very helpful with her suggestions to the nearby places to eat, beaches and entertainment. She was very attentive and nice. The house is really cute and clean. Great house location near a local picturesque beach. We enjoyed the awesome view from terrace and explored the nearby beaches. Would love to come back 🙂
