The apartment is like in the photos. Brand new, equipped with everything and big enough. It has bedroom with big bed, quite big kitchen, huge couch and big TV. The couch is also super comfy. Everything is super clean. And the host is extremely polite and friendly. There’s a parking space for your car. Would love to come back if needed

A great place for a family holiday - from start to finish! Upon arrival the friendly and serviceminded staf were ready to guide us into the parking spot and show us the facilities and the apartment. Durring the stay we always felt welcome - and the staff always greeted us with a smile. The apartment was a perfect match for our family - two adults and two young adults (19 and 16), the fitness had all equipment we needed and the pool was fine for relaxing and cooling down. We spend 6 days and had plenty of time to relax at the Rocco Riviera, use the local beach(es) and restaurants etc, but also spend some time in some the nearby cities to see some of the recommended spots and sites in the region. We also spent a day in Trieste - only located approx. 1 hours drive away. All in all a wonderful stay, at a really nice place, with really nice staff. A special thanks to Ms. Amina - thank you!

We booked the accommodation at the last minute and only for two nights. Marko, the host, was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. It’s a modern property with three bedrooms and a living room, along with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed — truly fully stocked. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire apartment was in excellent condition. Special mention goes to the wonderful terrace, which was a real highlight. Although the house is located in the outer district, we actually appreciated that — the quiet neighborhood made it easy for us to relax and get some good rest.

    Amazing accomodation right in the heart of UMAG. Very clean & comfortable. As it is in the historic building it stays cold which we enjoyed. Close to shops, beaches, restaurants.     The location was perfect - close to the sand beach, Umag harbour, supermarkets like Kaufland or Lidl, Konzum and also close to city centre. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen included everything we needed during our vacation for preparing and cooking dishes. Owner was accommodating, nice and helpful throughout the entire stay. Highly recommend!

    We had a wonderful time at this villa. The pool and the surrounding area were fantastic, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and homely. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils. This is one of the best villas with a pool in Istria. The environment was truly pleasant, peaceful, and offered stunning sunsets. Additionally, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
