    As we reached this cozy apartment by car, we received very clear instructions from Antonello. He was also very flexible, communicative and generous to accommodate our needs, the apartment is super clean and has almost everything for our short stay. Apartment is just several minutes walking to reach the hot waterfall, which is great. There is nothing that we can complain, would definitely come back at this adorable apartment if we will be at this city

    Location could not be better. You are just a two minute walk away from beautiful terme di San Filippo. You receive clear instructions for check-in and have reserved parking on the property. If you are visiting Tuscany with car, I highly recommend staying here.

    The place is simply adorable! It was superbly clean and extremely comfortable, with big rooms, all the amenities and a cute small front and backyard green terraces. It is extremely close to the Bagni San Filippo and its White Wale waterfall, like 5 min walk. In the apartment there are clear instructions for the restaurants and shops since there are none in its close circle. We really wished that we stayed a few days longer, because we really liked the apartment and the location itself.

    The location is perfect and the place is very nice, big and clean, with everything you need to have a nice stay. I stayed for 2 nights so I could enjoy the Bagnis in the morning when there was no people and also to explore the area, wich is beautiful. But if you can only stay one night, I recommend you should arrive earlier of the checking time, get a snack Infront of the Bagnis and then do the checking. They are just a few walks apart so is perfect for morning hikes.

    Very good location close to the hydrothermal site. The free parking is convenient. Nice and clean accommodation, with balconies. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics such as salt, oil and coffee. Nevertheless, don't forget to do your groceries before your stay because there's no store in the village. There's no wifi but it's not much of a problem because the cellphone network has good reception.
