Super clean and neat with everything you could possibly need. Well maintained and tastefully decorated with lovely views from the large balcony. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful and available at all hours to assist with any of our queries. She also left a selection of coffees, juices and breakfast items for us which was such a nice touch! We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Room #2 in this apartment is a beautiful room with a very nicely designed bathroom and an INCREDIBLE view. The self checkin worked well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable and wifi worked well. The apartment has great access to the old city and is about 20 minutes pleasant walk down to the lake. Breakfast at the Grand Cafe was fine.

Amazing appartment! Everything you need and more is there. Very friendly and helpfull people. The location is amazing as well, right next to the castle and in the city centre. Everything was lovely!! We will definately visit again if we ever get the chance.

    The location is very good, if you want to combine a holiday by a lake and visit Rome. We used a car to reach the lake with small children. The flat is a great place to stay, not luxurious but tidy and everything works. It offered us an easy stay to focus in relaxing and day visits to Rome by car. All services and historic sights are right outside your door. The huge terrace is fabulous, with a wiew, and we enjoyed it a lot. Good air conditioning.

    This is a wonderful apartment and we would definitely stay again! Very spacious and well looked after, clean and comfortable. It's an easy walk from the train station and only 5 minutes into town. The area is lovely and quiet and overall it was a lovely relaxing stay.

    Stayed for a day with our two children. Impeccably clean family room, with views over the Lake Bracciano and swimming pool with relaxing area. Very good restaurant and amazing waiter Sergio who knows what a great customer service means. The front desk staff were fantastic friendly and helpful, responsive and proactive. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family!

    A great welcime i was blessed with being mived to a lake view room. I ordered drinks and coffee very readonably priced. the quality of thecrooms is exceptional . this is as good if not better thsn il pelicano.. the food was fresh light and delicious . tje wines anazing as well if you wamt a holiday close to rome stay here. the viewd of tjr lake are stunning
