Although mainly a wedding venue, we were the only guests not staying for the wedding the following day, but the staff couldn’t have done more for us. As there was no restaurant, We brought pizza back from a local pizzeria and ate under the full moon and twinkling lights strung between trees. There was music softly playing from a record player and the owner brought us a lamp, napkins and glasses! The scenic spot with its sun loungers was our favourite part, a very romantic setting. We were also greeted at the property by the really helpful and welcoming host who made sure we had everything we needed, and gave some excellent local recommendations.
