Great location, very helpful host, room and amenities very comfortable. Shower is sort of outside - except closed in by glass. Comes right off the bedroom so a tad awkward if staying with a friend (no solid door) (but toilet has a solid door).

Everything was great. Mauro was super friendly and helpful. Gave lots of information and tips to help us make the most of our time in the area. He was always contactable. Close to train station, great cafe and supermarket. Elevator to the top floor was super handy.

The accommodation is located in a quiet green area. Very well equipped, comfortable, clean and attention to detail. Surrounded by a garden and with private parking. Near the Casa Giulia there is a super-market, gas station and restaurants with very good food. Giulia and her father are very kind, friendly and helpful. It is ideal for families with children or for two pairs of friends like we were. Highly recommended

Very cozy and clean apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Confortable beds, AC in every room, all you might need in kitchen area. Owner is friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return to Casa la Magnolia when travelling again in that part of Italy!

It was a bit like staying in a small castle. I liked the location and the view from the balcony, the antique furniture and deco. The room was spacious and offered a great view to Prato. If you have a car, the location is great. On foot, it will be too far from the station. Traveling to Florence is easy and cheap by train, but I actually enjoyed Prato too as Florence is too busy with tourist. I was glad I stayed away from Florence and have peace in the accommodation to unwind.

The property has a good location and stuff was very helpful and polite. This accommodation is ok for 1 night, just to sleep over… not for longer holiday. Good option is breakfast for 5 euros

1-2 blocks from historic Prato with fun sights and restaurants; close to two train stations for easy 25 min ride into Florence. Fabulous new accommodations, special touches like art and patio with lovely cats; wonderful hosts; nice kitchenette for coffees; new smart TVs and showers.

The setting of the accommodation was beautiful. We approached it down a tree lined avenue. The outside pools and surroundings were immaculate. We didn't use the inside pool or gym areas. It was great to have free parking and a good base to travel to Florence. You need transport to stay here but it is a short drive to the train station.
