The owner who welcomed us was very friendly, and even though he didn't speak English, we managed to communicate. With the help of a translator, he explained everything about the room and gave us some tips and local information. The room was huge and traditionally furnished. Our child was fascinated by all the details. An incredible experience. The bathroom we were assigned was very clean and spacious. It was also great that there was a parking lot where we could leave our car.

I had an amazing time staying here. The hotel in steeped in history, making you feel as if you've gone back to a simpler and more peaceful time. The atmosphere of the place was extremely relaxing. This traditional Japanese house has been tastefully renovated and decorated. The host is also really sweet - she even offered me a larger room than the one I had booked. My stay was just perfect. 100% recommend!!
