    I've stayed in many accommodations but not many of this standard. A beautiful building with stunning sea views from the roof terrace. Constant hot water at a good pressure and quiet air-conditioning. All staff make special effort to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast was of a very high standard and varied. I really cannot recommend this riad highly enough.

    Centrally located in the medina - in the heart of the hustle and bustle of essaouira. The Riad accomodation itself is spacious, clean and infused with moroccan influences throughout. The location of the accommodation is right next to the infamous taverna bolognese - with some of the best food we have had in morocco. Georges even offered us a ride back to the airport that we gladly accepted, in which we exchanged conversation in English and French. A stellar stay and we will be back for sure.

    Riad Lyon Mogador was 1 of 2 accommodations for us in Essaouira and definitely the best choice we could make. The breakfast on the roof terrace and the 360 degree view from there are absolutely awesome! The rooms look like the photos if not nicer and are super clean and modern :) The location is right in the center of Essaouira and public parking is a 5 minute walk away. On our next stay in Essaouira I would go back to the Riad Lyon Mogador anytime - 100% recommendation!

    Very cozy room, beautiful view from the terrasse, very helpful and responsive hosts, one of the bests breakfast I had in all of my accommodations in Morocco. Would definitely stay here again.
