The apartment is wonderful, just as you see them in the photographs. A perfect place to stay in Breda. Richard was a very nice host and he even gave us the keys to the back of his restaurant to leave our luggage. Also, they left a cold bottle of champagne in the fridge as a token of hospitality. Possibly, the best private apartment we have ever been to.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Always with a smile, they'd understand everything we told them and they would do their best. We had some extremely annoying neighbors in the rooms next to us that were constantly drunk, screaming, and hitting the walls, trashing the rooms. But the staff took care of that issue pretty quickly. Room was great, nice big bathroom. Location was great too, right next to an Albert Heijin store. We did not have breakfast at the hotel during our stay but it always looked and smelled good.

    The Nora Waterview Apartment was perfectly located at an easy walking distance from both the railway station and the city center, thus making it an ideal base for exploring the city and the surroundings. Communication with our hosts was perfect. Picking up the keys and orientation was really easy, as we received very detailed instructions well in advance, including very nice local tips. We truly enjoyed our short stay at this property, and it met all our expectations as far as furnishing and amenities are concerned.

    Absolutely outstanding B&B. One of the best we've stayed in. Superb accommodation, lovely hosts and delicious breakfast. The location is excellent as well. Classy area with nice bars and restaurants. It was also very easy to get to other towns and cities in the area, so it would make a good base.

    The accomodation is located on a great, quiet place. The apartment was super clean, stylish furniture, great atmosphere. There were nothing to com plain about. Owner is very friendly and nice, The breakfast was very good. The place is dog friendly and even our dog have full comfort. What a surprice when owner came in The morning and bring domě dog snack to ou dog for breakfast! :) It never happen anywhere I have been before! Thank you for wounderfull stay!

    Hans en Gridje did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. They provided an excellent breakfast. In fact, there was too much to eat but presented so beautifully. I would recommend this accommodation. Lovely quiet setting, and it is easy to access. You would not find better hosts.

    The B&B is located in a lovely local neighbourhood close to Central Station. The interior was beautifully designed, stylish yet inviting and cosy. The entire apartment was spotless. Probably the cleanest rental accommodation I've ever stayed in! All amenities were on hand and there was nothing we missed. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Breda.
