Everything was perfect. The SnowHotel itself was breathtaking, the restaurant facilities top quality, the staff went over and above, the huskies stole my heart. The location is stunning in general. But it is clean and in the centre of Kirkenes, perfect if you need a room before a cruise. We actually stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed a bespoke Kirkenes tour … the geopolitics of the area is really interesting. We arrived quite late so only got to sample breakfast - which was very nice with a good range of food. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The hotel staff at reception were very pleasant.
