This was our first time staying in a bee house – a place where your bed is directly over beehives and built in a way that even upon just opening the door you are wrapped tightly in the smell of honey and beeswax. The humming-buzzing of the bees make for a uniquely relaxing experience as you fall into what is likely one of the best nights of sleep you could enjoy. Andrej is not only one of the warmest hosts but also one of the most knowledgeable when it comes to apitherapy and Slovenian beekeeping tradition. This was the best way we could kickstart our first time visiting this nature-blessed country, and it guaranteed that this wouldn't be our last.

A cozy and modern apartment, fully equipped with everything a family with children needs. Located on the ground floor, the apartment is located in an area with shops and restaurants within walking distance. A Mercator store and a café are in the adjacent building. Parking is available in front of the building. Excellent communication with the owner. We highly recommend it. A great place to base yourself for exploring Slovenia, just a 5-minute drive from the highway.

Amazing concept I really loved my stay. I booked it quite spontaneously and didn’t even notice that it is a Bee Hive design, I just saw it is wooden construction so when I got there I was surprised! My check in was done by very pleasant girl and a guy who were also very helpful. The girl helped me with ordering food also. Thanks guys 🍀 So I can say that my stay was 10/10

    We absolutely loved our stay at Brunarica Biopark! We spent there 6 days and got to enjoy a bit of "live like a local". House is located in the mountains so driving there is a seperate worth journey that locals have advanced in :) House was clean, nice and well equiped. Super nice sauna and hot thub that we used with cold water to refresh during hot summer days. Our hosts we super nice and hospitable, it was really a pleasure to meet them :)

    A lovely, peaceful place. We enjoyed our family stay in the wooden house that has everything. The owner of the place - Maki helped us a lot to arrange transportation and was very attentive to any question. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

    This is rather motel but for the one night stay during the road trip is more than good. Room facilities are very basic but you don't need more for one night stay. The center of Grosuplje is 10-15 minutes of pleasant walk far away, there you can get dinner or beer. Parking is free and sufficient. The view from the hotel restaurant during the breakfast is very nice. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. In the restaurant you can have a dinner or a beer if you don't want to go to the town.
