Situated between the Penguin Parade and Grand Prix Circuit, the property offers a relaxing retreat. Free WiFi and free on-site parking is available. <1Bed room> Modern and stylish accommodation, sparkling clean, fully equipped kitchen. Only stayed 1night after watching the penguin parade(8mins drive away), wish we stayed longer. Morning view was spectacular, Angus cows “moo moo” right in front of the retreats. At night, can watch the thousands stars above. Eggs, milk, tea, coffee, oil, S&P all provided. Host was very responsive.

The accommodation is air conditioned and is equipped with a spa bath. Guests can enjoy garden views. We arrived late afternoon and received a warm welcome from Bernadette, the hostess, who answered all our questions about the accommodation and the island. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and spacious with an updated bathroom and a very relaxing deck. The guest house was at a perfect location as it was less than one kilometer to our evening Penguin Parade booking. We enjoyed the continental breakfast which included freshly perked coffee, bread, warm croissants, sliced cheese and meat, and fresh fruit. We highly recommend Swan Lake Guest House for anyone seeking lodging on the island.

All the amenities and comforts you could think of and a beautiful view of the garden and pond just outside your door. Great location to explore the island and attend the penguin parade.

The room was very cute and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great and the hosts had great recommendations for restaurants, hikes and other activities.
