Not only because of the food, it was very good and gluten free for me, which can be complicate sometimes, but mostly because of the mother. The is a beautiful soul, full of love and kindness. This felt like a very special place. Everyone has their own cabin with fire place should you need to warm up. There’s a long walk you can do through the jungle from the hotel which was really nice. The staff were really helpful when it came to getting taxis around, but a lot easier here to have a car.

The location is incredible, in the middle of the tree. The owner spent the evening talking to us and was very warm. The hotel is huge and the work done to build it is incredible - it truly is a piece of art.
