The hotel is in a fabulous location in the center of the old town. The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Bilbao. The coffee shop in the lobby has great coffee and there’s a wonderful bakery just a few doors down for breakfast.

It is an 8-minute walk to the center. There are shops nearby. The room is clean, the linen and towels are fresh, there are no odors. The mattress and pillows are quite comfortable. The ventilation works well, the windows in the room open. The bathroom has excellent shampoo, conditioner and packs of wipes.
