Crover House Hotel & Golf Club is located on the North-East shores of Lough Sheelin Lake between Cavan and Ballyjamesduff. This charming country house is set in beautiful mature gardens with a 9-hole golf course. How friendly the staff were. Regan on reception and the other receptionist, were a joy to check in with. The concierge was such a gentleman. Fantastic service

Guests can dine in 3 restaurants, enjoy 50 acres of lakes, or exercise in the modern gym. This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities you would expect in a high end hotel. The views out our room of the golf course were lovely. The included breakfast was a typical European buffet with all the variety you would expect. The hotel is not really near anything, so you are going there to enjoy that property. And there is much to enjoy. We wished we could have stayed there longer.

This 18th-century castle has a quiet location, looking out over huge grounds and beautiful countryside. It is now a 4-star hotel, mixing original character with modern luxury and free parking.

The Cabra Castle Hotel was built in 1760 and has high ceilings, grand staircases and historic hallways. This property really opens the doors to yesterdays world, I love the way you can sit in the royal rooms and experience the castle as if you were a resident there, it’s truly a unique experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for romantic weekend away.

A bicycle rental service is available at the bed and breakfast. Very clean and fresh with all that you need. Breakfast delivered at your set time and it was loads. Great selection.

Everything was spotless and very well maintained. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a comfortable and clean stay!
