Located just a few steps from the beach, Hotel Marina offers accommodation in Monterosso al Mare, in the Cinque Terre National Park. Guests can enjoy a daily breakfast, a garden and free WiFi in all rooms. The staff was very kind and even greeted us around town, the room was very well kept and clean and most importantly very homey. We felt right at home! The breakfast was also excellent, with a small buffet of cakes and desserts and a menu of various dishes, both savory and sweet, all very well-made and in generous amounts. Breakfast was also served in a truly wonderful terrace full of lemon trees which made the experience even more beautiful. The free beach was also a 5-minute walk away and we could always find a space for two towels in the afternoon, which meant that when coming back from exploring the other places we could always put on our swimming suits and go snorkeling (very recommended since the water is crystal clear and full of small fish). We could also borrow their beach towels which was very useful. The way from the train station was a bit uphill (although the whole town is full of ups and downs) but overall pretty quick and full of restaurants and souvenir shops which can come in very handy. We definitely recommend the affiliated restaurant "Da Eraldo" for some good quality fish and seafood and "L'Osteria" for some good local food; the staff of both of these was also very friendly and very willing to make some small talk. We also recommend the trekking trail "Sentiero Azzurro" but be aware that there are some pretty long uphill stairways so start early in the morning if you're planning to go there in summer. Overall our stay was wonderful and there were no complications, truly a wonderful place to spend a couple of days!

Hotel La Spiaggia is on the Ligurian Sea coast, 10 metres from the beach. Offering a bar and a patio the hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from Monterosso al Mare town centre.

Guests can pay for their stay with their own foreign currency. Fantastic hotel. We only had a small room at the back of hotel as it was only one available . Reception staff were so helpful especially Laura and Mary . Breakfast was so good.Fresh orange juice and lots to choose from. Would diff.recommend this place if your visiting Chique terre.

Monterosso Station is 450 metres from the property. From here you can reach Vernazza and the other villages of the Cinque Terre on the local train line. Parking is upon request at the Adriana Hotel. Beautiful facility with homey and welcoming atmosphere and English speaking staff. Great location, comfy, spacious rooms with a balcony and big bathroom, delicious breakfasts. I had birthday while staying there and got a cake with a candle during breakfast. Sweet gesture. Really, it couldn’t feel better!

A large garden surrounds this hotel, which features a sun terrace complete with loungers and parasols. Wi-Fi is free throughout. Great place , can’t believe it’s only 3* It’s one of those hotels high up and overlooking everything that makes you wonder what it’s like to stay there , and I can tell you it was great ! Free shuttle bus to deal with the hill down to town and back up ! I’d read somewhere that breakfast was only a croissant/cake affair , well it’s not , it’s a comprehensive hot and cold buffet that is most enjoyable .

This recently renovated apartment is located 1.2 km from Technical Naval Museum and 400 metres from Amedeo Lia Museum. The apartment has family rooms. Absolutely beautiful property with everything you could possibly need . We stayed in the Garden room which had a lovely little garden , with table and beautiful flowers . The apartment is spacious with big bathroom ( great shower) , kitchen / diner area ( with washing machine ) , bedroom and dressing area / walk in wardrobe . The property is spotlessly clean and the host left us lovely and appreciated treats . All the little touches are here in this property. Finding it was easy , as was access . The host was absolutely lovely and very polite and provided great local knowledge of restaurants and tips . The location was perfect for us , a quick stroll into the town / harbour but even better 3 minutes walk to train station which we used a few times for trips to Cinque Terra . We cannot recommend this property enough and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again . We will be recommending to all our friends and family . Thank you for a lovely stay , we were very sad to leave . 😎
