The bed and breakfast offers a terrace. Luca and all staff were amazing! Very welcoming and accommodating. Location was perfect and the inside was like walking into a beautiful palace! Rooms were incredible with a lovely patio, and the Rooftop terrace for breakfast was just like a dream!

A bus stopping 100 meters away takes you to Pisa train station and the airport. the communication with the manager was great, he was very quick to answer any questions and very helpful great room, very comfortable and clean, close to the center of the city

Buses leave for Florence, Pisa, Siena and the seaside from close by Hotel Etruria. You can book oil and wine-tasting tours at reception. The hotel is very nice in the core of the city center. The stuff was very helpful, they gave us all information we needed in advance (about parking, ZTL, self check-in). We were coming late in the evening so we needed to self check-in, they gave us precise instructions and everything went smooth. The room was nice and cozy (and very quiet also), we had really good night sleep there and felt refreshed in the morning. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of fresh food choices.

Great location, great services, very good breakfast, very kind people, very nice room/hotel. They informed us that the hotel is in the old town, therefore they do not have private parking. However, they send us all details related to the parking places near the location (there is free parking near the hotel, but you have to take into account that you have to climb about 100 stairs to the hotel.).
