Steps away from the main gate at Brussels Airport, the Sheraton offers sound-proofed rooms with flat-screen TV. The hotel includes a gym, 24-hour room service and a lobby computer terminal. This was a great airport hotel. Just a hop, skip, and a jump to Brussels airport. We had a family connecting room, which was extremely clean, comfortable, and spacious. Rooms were surprisingly quiet, too. Gullivers restaurant was superb, and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. From the airport, there were frequent trains to the city centre for a little sightseeing if you've got time to spare while waiting for your flight.

I liked everything about the place, very quiet area, friendly staffs and the host Sandra is just exceptional, she went all the way out to accommodate us as we had to extend for wn extra day due to the national strike that was in belgium and our trip was canceled... prompt to respond to messages, and to spice it up she went all the way out which most places don't allow, but she granted our request for a late checkout("instead of 11h am, we checked out at 3pm) at NO ADDITIONAL COST as our flight was later on in the evening... I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WOULDN'T HESITATE TO COME BACK AGAIN. 🥰

I travel here for work on a regular basis. There is not a lot here. Its just a dormitory zone for airport hotels. There is a small town, its very local, but there are restaurants including a good Italian and of course a Friterie !

Unfortunately I didnt go to the trip had an accident and broken foot. My friends did travel. I had to pay 140 euros because the booking didnt cancel my reservation. Very upset about this. The hotel should have mean to avoid this to happen.

Diegem is a suburb of Brussels located near the airport. It happens to be where the hotel is located; otherwise it is not a tourist destination. I remained at the hotel for the duration of my stay (1 night) and did not spend any time elsewhere in Diegem.

Zaventem is just the airport.
Zaventem is just the airport. For me, it was ideal that the hotel was right in front of the airport since I needed to catch a flight the next morning very early. We were also a rather large group of 7 people. Thus, we saved some good money in transportation. If you are planning to stay just one night since you are in transit, this is a good option.
