Loved the accommodation. Just a few minutes walk to/from the airport so ideal for late or early flights. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. There was no noise from flights despite the location. But what made it all even better was the hospitality and warmth shown by Lenis. I felt like I was with a friend or long lost relative. He helped with all queries and requests. I didn't want to leave.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. It's not a Hotel. When I arrived, the guy said to me, 'before we let anyone stay, we have to ensure you are going to fit in'. I've been travelling for two years and have never come across this kind of 'interview' before. Obviously I felt very uncomfortable and decided to leave. I asked them if I could just book a taxi or another hotel while I was there. The guy said I couldn't, leaving me on the street, looking for another Hotel. I'm a 62 year old family guy, not some random tearaway teenager. So if you book here you only stand a 50/50 of actually being allowed to stay.

Location is the best you can get if you are trying to access the airport. It’s right across the street. Only a 2 minute walk. The owner is an architect and it shows in the property. It is beautifully designed and functional. I had such a wonderful stay.

Beautiful decorated and clean hostel directly next to the airport, perfect for late arrivals or early departures. Especially the staff was very friendly and helpful, also enjoyed the good breakfast and there was even a cute little cat strolling around. Overall I felt very comfortable.

    The city is so beautiful in so many ways.

    The city is so beautiful in so many ways. There's a lot to see and do. There are some really good restaurants. The only (important) drawback is the number of street vendors anywhere you go. In some places it's ok, in others it's not nice. But it's part of the experience. If you're going to do some island hopping, compare prices and always ask confirmation of what is actually included in the package. Little tip : try the chocolate beer at the Chocolate Museum

    A vibrant town that parties til late.

    A vibrant town that parties til late. Lots of shops and restaurants. 3 days was the right amount of time. Prices can be high in shops and restaurants as it’s a popular cruise stop. Everyone is hustling selling stuff inc raps! But just be sensible and you should enjoy your time. Free walking tour was great and got to see more than just the old town with guide Legacy from n experience via guru walks.

    The city and their people are wonderful.

    The city and their people are wonderful. Very interesting historical places and places to have fun. Driving in the city is not as bad as in Medellin, motorcycles are crazy and it seems like they don’t respect the traffic regulations. Cartagena was different.
