The quality and facilities of this accommodation are fantastic. Lots of attention to detail with personal touches. A luxury, cosy cottage set within secure, private grounds next to the owners house in the village of Horsham St. Faith. The local pub and restaurant, The Black Swan is a twelve minute walk away and serves lovely food throughout the day. Norwich is only a few miles away and can be accessed via car, taxi or local bus services.

Very quiet and peaceful area....even though fairly close to Norwich Airport...you wouldn't have rally known it.. Not much to see in Horsford....but convenient to City of Norwich etc and the North Norfok coast.

The location suited us because it was only a short distance from home .The surrounding area was lovely quiet and peaceful. Nice pubs within a short distance serving good food. Close to Wroxham good shops free parking and boat trips available.

Miniature worlds, East Ruston old vicarage garden, Holkam Hall, Wroxham (dont miss Roys of Wroxham traditional department store for shopping) Aircraft Museum. The 'property' was a touring caravan, covered in mould, set in the corner of a field. It was filthy on the outside but reasonable inside. The bed was permanently set up which left nowhere to sit.
I wouldn't stay there if you paid me.
