It was lovely and clean was abit disappointing how it said no party’s but neighbours where pretty loud with music also and used most the car park spaces. But other than that host Callum came and helped us as didn’t understand hot tub but was an amazing stay great location and comfy and clean

After booking we noticed reviews that had been said about the hotell, after I read a few ,I began to wonder if we had done right by booking up . People only giving 3 to 3.5 stars had me worried . Now after our stay with you , we can honestly say we had nothing to worry about. Yes I must admit some of the comments had been right, about the furniture been dated , but apart from that I don't know what all the fuss was about from other people's comments . The staff were so friendly & helpful , the hotel is clean and the food was lovely ..would we come and stay again 100% Many Thanks to everyone at Mercure hotel Norwich who made our stay enjoyable x
