The environment was cosy and serene. The security personnel are well trained and understand customer service. They even washed my car. All the other staff I interacted with were very willing to help. Their rooms are spotlessly clean and well furnished. Meals were tasty. I really enjoyed my stay. I will go back to Best Lodge again and again. Betty and Zainab were particularly wonderful people who helped made my stay enjoyable.

Just a 10 minute ride outside of the center, the hotel is located in a very calm and friendly neighborhood. We were welcomed by a exceptionally friendly and attentive team that went above and beyond to make us feel at home and supported us in our travel logistics. The facilities in our room were very nice, clean and comfortable. The shower was especially good and the AC was working fine. The rooftop restaurant offers a stunning view on the area, perfect spot for sunset - if I would live in Tamale I would definitely go there more often just to enjoy the rooftop. The food at the restaurant was very well prepared and the staff was just as friendly and professional as the rest of the team. Having travelled throughout Ghana for 4 weeks, staying at multiple nice hotels, with top staff this was maybe the best service we received. Thank you very much for hosting us!
