i had a great stay here!! not only was i able to check in early but also check out late. the staff organised a tuk tuk to take me around to the temples and was very attentive. great location and it was clean and comfortable. close to everything yet still in a quiet area!

We had a lovely big bedroom and bathroom. The bed was huge and really comfortable. We had a gorgeous walk in shower. The breakfast was fabulous, the best we've ever had. The freshness and range of foods was brilliant. The staff in the restaurant could not have been better or more attentive..particularly Ritik, Mubeena and Lovely. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and welcoming. And the cleaning/ laundry staff were great. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Have to applaud reception staff Minakshi Pandita's very warm and helpful guidance. She knows her job well and was very helpful in making our evening siteseeing just perfect. Staffs response and attitude reflects the hospitality scale of the hotel. All the staff in all areas we met were very well trained and helpful. Food excellent, rooms perfect, location great. A sure stay again.

We love Jammu city every time we visit.
We love Jammu city every time we visit. It is well connected and there are a lot of places to see here! The surrounding mountains carry a different beauty! We visited Vaishnodevi which is about an hour drive from Jammu. It is a must place to visit. Hike on the mountains for 13 kilometers is worth it!

The city of temples, must visit the Raghunath Mandir and Bawe Wali Mata Mandir in Bahu fort. Sightseeing activities in Bahu fort including the stepped gardens, aquarium and light and sound show projected on the fort wall showing the history of Jammu is a must watch. Falak the revolving restaurant is a good experience to get the Jammu city view. Hari Nivas Palace and museum gives a good insight into the city’s history.
