Located near the airport, within walking distance. The road is mostly paved, but there is a portion of dirt road which is not lit at night, but it’s ok. Instructions for checkin were very easy to understand and well given. Giovanni was very friendly and helped us at checkout with our car rental.

Location: 9/10 (close enough to the airport to walk on foot if needed and far enough that you don't hear planes, a few minutes on foot from the shopping center, and port of Olbia) Cleanliness: 10/10 (truly immaculate) Facilities: 10/10 (everything you need + more) Comfort: 10/10 (bed, chairs, and living space are all very comfortable, AC worked very well) Host: 10+/10 (Alessandra was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. Our flight was delayed several times and she was very understanding and even helped us reach the apartment when we were dead tired. She gave us plenty of travel tips too. Wonderful person to meet and to do business with) Security: 10/10 (very decent area, safer than downtown Olbia, enclosed gate + 2 doors to the house, first floor up a flight of stairs) My wife is Italian and I've been renting Italian apartments/B&B's for over 10 years throughout the country. This has been the easiest and most pleasant stay I've ever experienced. I've never left a 10 rating until now. If you're going to Olbia and need a place near the airport, look no further. Simple as that.

The property is very nice, very well taken care of. The outside veranda is comfortable with lots of space, close to downtown and the airport is only 5 minutes away. We stayed for our last night so it was perfect. The host was super friendly as well.

We were here for only one night before flying home early next day. The place is advertised, clean and has newer amenities. The Wi-fi was good & fast and there was a parking spot reserved for guests right near the apartment. Parking is secure and off-street. We elected to drop our rental car, after check in, the night before our flight and walk back from airport as we had an early departure. We did not meet the host and our communication was through WhatsApp. Upon arrival you are required to call the host, on WhatsApp if you don't have a european phone plan, to receive the lockbox code. So know before you go if you are not familiar with this communication App. We had no problem. When you're preparing for a flight next day, contactless entry is great as we were exploring the beautiful area on our last day of travel and didn't have an exact time for arrival. Be aware the walk to airport will take at least 20-25 minutes with carry-on roller bags, and we walk pretty fast. The walk has the ability to be on sidewalks much of the way.

    Its a great place to stay to discover the area (east side of the island), its right in the middle to visit La Magdalena and Oroseo Gulf. There is plenty of restaurants and things to do/visit. The beaches around the city were great as well (pitulongu, port istana). There are not a lot of parking places around so you might need to drive for a while and "fight" for a spot.

    Olbia is a great spot when you plan to explore the northern or eastern part of the coast. It is a nice city with lots of cafes, restaurants. A car is a must, so you can travel freely without limits. Staying in Olbia without a car would be rather tricky and get you bored quickly. As a HQ for your travels is perfect. Traffic for the tourists is tricky and you have to be extra careful.

    We took a train here from the South to explore North...

    We took a train here from the South to explore North Sardegna and flew home out of Olbia. We didn't spend a lot of time in Olbia proper but we did see much of the surrounding area. This north island is absolutely gorgeous! If you have a car you can do many day trips from here. We rented a zodiac boat to explore La Maddalena, if your up for it this was a great alternative to taking the ferry across. The beaches around here can't be beat. We are adventure travelers and fell in love with this island. Hiking, biking, caving, snorkeling/diving, boating and Via Ferrata climbing- Sardegna has it all!
